Where do you ship from?

I make and ship the items from the Philippines.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Processing time takes 1-3 business days depending on the volume of orders we receive.

Estimated time of arrival after ship out?

Domestic ETA is 1-3 days, Expedited International ETA is 5-14 days, Standard International ETA is 14-31 days

What type of clay do you use?

I use polymer clay for my handmade products and figures. Polymer clay is cured when baked.

Do you accept commissions/custom orders?
